Privacy Policy

Your name, email address, role (waiter/manager) and the merchant you work at. We use this only to authenticate you and route orders to the right merchant.

Customer orders include the menu items, delivery location and any optional email/phone the customer chose to share for a receipt. You may use this data only to fulfil the order.

Active staff records are retained for the duration of your employment. On revocation we keep the row marked inactive for audit purposes for 5 years and then delete it.

Under POPIA you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@gijima.app.
