Merchant Terms

1. Account use
Your Gijima Store account is provisioned by an authorised manager at your merchant. Don't share credentials and report a lost device immediately to your manager so we can revoke access.
2. Order management
You may view, accept, prepare and complete any order placed against your merchant. Status updates feed back to the customer in real time, so be honest about progress — "Out for delivery" means actually out the door.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are issued through your Yoco merchant dashboard. The Gijima order status updates accordingly once Yoco confirms the refund.
4. Confidentiality
Customer details visible in the order queue (delivery location, optional email/phone) are confidential and may only be used to fulfil the order. Don't copy this data out of Gijima.
